Mr. Koerner has been involved in architecture since 1989 and construction since 1998 covering many disciplines from commercial & industrial to residential projects. Scott is a State of Illinois Licensed Architect and has Dual Masters Degrees - Master of Architecture & Master of Civil Engineering completed December 1997 from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Studies, graduating, May 1995 from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. Scott is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP). This title is only given to those that display extreme levels of dedication and core competence to sustainable building practices (Green Building). Scott is involved in every step of each project to make sure all work is performed with the utmost care and quality.
